Baljeet Kaur Sethi, lovingly known as Bita, is the founder of Prem Yoga & Ayurveda Center in Bangkok and a dedicated guide in yoga, pranayama, and holistic healing for over 14 years.
With a background in academics and deep training in Yoga, Naturopathy, and Ayurvedic science, she blends traditional wisdom with modern understanding to offer authentic, transformative teachings.
Bita has guided thousands of students worldwide, helping them reconnect with breath, balance, and inner clarity through her grounded and experiential approach.

Baboo
Baboo (Kulvinder Kaur) is an Ayurvedic therapist and educator at Prem Yoga, devoted to sharing the wisdom of holistic healing. With a Post Graduate Diploma in Yogic Science and Ayurveda from Mahidol University, she specializes in shirodhara, shiro abhyanga, mukha abhyanga, and rejuvenating facial therapies.
Passionate about traditional Ayurvedic practices, Baboo also teaches Nutrition for Balancing Chakras and Vedique cooking, guiding students toward harmony of body and mind through mindful self-care and natural healing.
