Monday Group Sound Healing

This therapeutic group sound healing session is rooted in Nada Yoga, the ancient Vedic practice of healing through sound and vibration. Using Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, and sacred sound instruments, the session works on the body’s energy junctions (chakras) to release stored emotional tension, calm the nervous system, and support deep realignment.

Sound healing works through vibration and resonance. The human body is largely made up of water and continuously vibrating sub-atomic particles, allowing sound waves to travel deeply through tissues and cells. These vibrations help shift the body from stress into a parasympathetic (rest-and-restore) state, supporting relaxation and self-healing.

Rhythmic sound can also guide the brain from active thinking into alpha and theta brainwave states, associated with deep relaxation, emotional release, and clarity. This is why the experience is often felt not just mentally, but physically, emotionally, and energetically.

Nada Yoga reminds us that sound is not only heard it is felt, working gently yet powerfully at a cellular level to restore balance and harmony.
