Sun Salutation & Yog Nidra

This nourishing class combines gentle Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar) with the deeply restorative practice of Yoga Nidra. Guided by Kru Mango, the session begins with mindful, rhythmic movement to warm the body, improve circulation, and build gentle strength, followed by guided rest to calm the nervous system.

Sun Salutations are practiced at a steady, accessible pace, focusing on breath, alignment, and flow. This prepares the body for Yoga Nidra, a powerful guided relaxation that supports deep rest, mental clarity, emotional release, and nervous system regulation.
